Departure Points

All sailings depart from Kabatas or Emionu,unless otherwise stated in our timetable.

Weather Conditions

All tours and cruises are subject to weather conditions at the time of sailing. In the event of bad weather please telephone our information line on +90 554 797 2646for details and revisions to published sailing times.

Infants and Children

Sightseeing and Sunset Cruises: Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Evening Dance Cruises: Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Third-Party Discount Offers

Discounts including money off vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other Bosphorus Tours offers or promotion.

Reservations & Cancellations

Pre-booking is essential for all evening Dance Cruise events and optional coach transport and buffet meals.
Reservations will only be confirmed on receipt of full or half payment. Bosphorus Boat reserves the right to cancel any cruise where the minimum number of passengers is not reached. Sightseeing tours and Sunset cruises run regardless of passenger numbers, however our evening dance cruise and special events require a minimum of 30 passengers. In such cases where there are insufficient passenger numbers, Bosphorus Tour's liability to the Customer is the full return of monies paid for the cruise.
Where the Customer cancels a reservation, refunds will be given under the following conditions:

Sightseeing Tours & Sunset Cruise

• If notice of cancellation is given more than 72 hrs before departure: Full refund.
• If notice of cancellation is given less than 72 hrs before departure: There will normally be no refund unless your ticket is resold.

Evening dance cruises and special events

• If notice of cancellation is given more than 14 days before departure: Full refund.
• If notice of cancellation is given less than 14 days before departure: There will normally be no refund unless your ticket is resold.

No refunds are offered on any boat trips if the passenger is late or unable to find the departure points.

Alterations

Bosphorus Tour reserves the right to alter cruise itineraries due to weather conditions or other such extenuating circumstances.

Prices

Our published prices on the website and in our brochures are valid from 10 March 2006. The new prices are updated accordingly within our online booking system for advance booking.
