Abagangus -Roasted eggplants mix with yoghurt and garlic served virgin olive oil on topHomemade yoghurt served with chili red pepper slices on top
Kopoglu - Small cubes of fried eggplants, potatoes and green capsicum served with special tomato puree and hommade yoghurt on top
Barbequed eggplants puree, lightly mixed with virgin olive oil Cubed tomatoes with finely chopped onions and Turkish herbs with lemon juice dressing, walnuts and special pomagranate sauce on top
Muhammara - Traditional spicy paste prepared with crashed walnuts, stale bread, tahinli, olive oil, garlic and special omagranate sauce
Cig Kofte - Special bulghur hand mix and pounded with onion and chili red pepper; served with lettuce cups and lemon slices
Homemade condensed yoghurt with cubes of cucumber

Saslik Kebap - Barbequed slices of specially marinated beef loin and onion rings
